In an urban setting, the combination of housing, office, hotel and retail are fairly common, especially in the urban core. Hotels

Renovation and ground up hotels require knowledge of the market and an understanding of the various hotel companies and their product mixes. Office/Industrial

Working with corporate clients to create a new headquarter is nothing new for KNF Consultants. Clark Equipment Headquarters in South Bend, Indiana and Babson Brothers Company (now Westfalia-Surge Company) are two examples.
